Frederick J. Blumenfeld

D.D.S. General Dentist

Dr. Blumenfeld was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in biology and chemistry in 1965. In 1969, he graduated from Meharry Medical School of Dentistry. After serving in the Army, Dr. Blumenfeld settled with his wife and their two children in Miami, Florida, where he practiced dentistry for twelve years. He then sold his practice and moved his family to Maryland. Today, Dr. Blumenfeld and his wife are enjoying their empty nest and three beautiful grandchildren. Drawing on over 35 years of professional experience, Dr. Blumenfeld can pursue all phases of general dentistry with particular emphasis on conscious sedation and cosmetic dentistry. As Dr. Blumenfeld explains, “The most gratifying part of my profession is restoring smiles knowing that my patients no longer need to fear a painful experience in the dental chair.”
