An impression of the patient's teeth is taken and a custom-made, thin, soft plastic mouth guard tray is fabricated to hold a whitening gel. The thin mouth guard is worn over the teeth overnight while you sleep or for a few hours during the day.
The entire whitening process takes only a couple of weeks and we get significant whitening of the teeth. Our patients are extremely happy with the results.
